Refund policy

NoodGlow, we stand behind our Magic Hair Eraser and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your results, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and receipt of your order and we'll issue a refund.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@noodglow.com with your order number and the reason/s for your refund. If the product is defective or causes skin irritation, please attach a photo or video of the defective item and the results you received.

  2. If you wish to return the item, please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use the courier of your choice, and we will provide you with our return address.

  3. Once your refund has been approved and processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that the refund amount will not include the original shipping fee.

If you believe that your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the same email address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment immediately. If your order has already shipped, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item/s back from you at our warehouse.
